PRODUCT NAME OPTIPERSE N5630

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OPTIPERSE N5630 is an ammonia-free, very low foaming, and light colored
polymeric pigment dispersant solution.

OPTIPERSE N5630 is useful in all types of pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, and vinyl
acrylic formulation. It is also useful in maintaining low viscosity, both in high solids
clay slurries and in clay coatings.

Solids, % 30 ± 1% (2 Hrs @110°C)
Viscosity, cPs 125 - 325 (Brookfield DVII+Pro, spindle 2/60 rpm/30°C)
pH 9.0 - 10.8

APPLICATION Required gloss, hiding power, and stability of paint formulation maybe affected if
inadequate level of OPTIPERSE N5630 is used. High levels of OPTIPERSE
N5630 may increase the water sensitivity. It is therefore important to determine
the optimum and proper level of dispersant on the finished paint formulation to
achieve desirable paint properties.

DOSAGE OPTIPERSE N5630 recommended dosage is between 0.5 to 1% active

ingredients based on total pigment weight.

STORAGE Store at temperatures between 5 - 35°C; Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
Ensure previously opened containers must be tightly sealed after use.

SHELF LIFE 1 year in tightly sealed original container.
