ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I would like to acknowledge the following people who made my work immersion

possible and successful:

Mr. James Ambojia – for giving me the opportunity to be interviewed and accepted for

the first batch of work immersion students and for assisting us all the way to our workplace

and until the end.

Mr. Dennis Alvaran – the HR assistant of EAC-MCC that oriented us of what to do and

not to do during our work immersion days and managing all the immersion students in their

departments during our stay.

Mr. Philip John Melvar – the Chief of the Physical Therapy Department that welcome us

and made us feel like his students and taught us many things about the PT department and the

work life. We learned a lot from him and I am very grateful for him.

The interns of physical therapy department – to Ms. Rachel, Ms. Nicole Tejada, Ms.

Sinco, and Mr CJ; for assisting us and sharing to us their knowledge and the basics of being a

physical therapist and what physical therapy department is all about.

Also, to the institution of Emilio Aguinaldo College Cavite and Emilio Aguinaldo

College Medical Center Cavite, for giving me an opportunity and trusting me enough to be

experience such responsibility.

I would like to dedicate this narrative report to the people who believed in me that

I can do it and that I am capable enough to experience and handle such responsibility. To

sir James, our immersion coordinator for trusting and giving me an opportunity for this

experience, to Mr. Melvar the chief of physical department, to Ms. Cattleya the assistant

chief, and to the interns of PT department that all taught me and gave me a peek of what

it’s like to be in their world.
