1) Production Engineer
Badve Engineering Limited (Unit-16 Aurangabad) from May 2014 to till date.

Job Profile :
 Handling 2WH pulsar chassis line having 7 Panasonic robots in 5 stations.
 Hourly monitoring production of robotic line with 16 losses.
 Maximize production by doing problem solving technique, by making kaizens in bottlenecking stages.
 Responsible for achieving the targets as per plan & solving non-conformities identified during process.
 Adept at performing root-cause analysis of defects while developing & improving the processes
by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences & defective issues.
 Establish quality standards for setting up & meeting the production targets within time & cost
parameters
 Successfully completed task regarding reduction in manpower cost by line balancing with
automation by introducing SPM
 Line balancing with 100 % utilization of man and machine with reduction in cycle time by ECRS
technique.
