Hold-Over Clause:

You shall still be credited with the sale of this property and therefore be entitled to all the
commissions and the fruits of this transaction even if the sale is perfected and/or
consummated after the expiration/revocation of this Authority provided the buyer was
formally registered by you to us during the life of this Authority.

Should the sale be made or affected on modified terms or such other terms as may be accepted by me,
you are likewise credited for the said sale and shall be given the above mentioned professional fee
based on the revised/agreed price.

In case any earnest money or option money shall be forfeited through fault of the buyer, the same shall
be divided equally between us.

The broker shall protect & hold the undersigned free from any claims, obligations from any brokers and
agents registered under his network.

I warrant that the undersigned has the valid and legal title to the property to be sold and holds
