NOTICE
Subject: Summer School/Directed Reading- 2016

1. Dates for Summer School:

a. 19th May – 13th June 2016 : Odd Semester Summer School
b. 27th June – 18th July 2015 : Even Semester Summer School
2. Summer school is mandatory for all students of B.Tech I, II, III and IV semester securing ‘F’ in any of the
subject(s). Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in Summer School to appear in
subsequent Supplementary Examination.
3. Directed Reading is mandatory for all B.Tech V and VI semester students (going on internship) and also
for M.Tech./M.Des Students, debarred in their End-Sem Examination due to short attendance. The students
who were unable to Satisfactorily Complete the Summer School 2015 or Could not Enroll in it, also
need to undergo Directed Reading before appearing in (May) Supplementary Exam.
4. The students will have to apply ONLINE on student Portal for Summer School/ Directed Reading/
Supplementary Exam.
5. Dates for ONLINE registration for Odd Sem Summer school/Directed Reading and Supplementary Exams
will be 25th April – 1st May 2016.
