4. This Promo is open to all CIMB Bank customers who have opened 2019 Php10,000
and maintained at least one Fast Plus Account, UpSave Account or -2 customer will win
GSave Account (the “Eligible Account”) with the bank; except for Php100,000
direct employees of CIMB Bank.

ELECTRONIC RAFFLE ENTRY/IES / CRITERIA

5. Eligible Participants are entitled to a randomly assigned electronic
raffle entry/ies during the promo. Electronic raffle entries can be
earned for every balance growth (net positive increase from start of
promo to end of every qualification period, i.e. balance of 2 Sept
must be higher by at least P500 from 23 Aug to earn 1 e-raffle
entry) of a minimum and/or multiples of Php 500.00. E-raffles are
tallied at the end of each qualification period (i.e. customers with
balance growth of P1,000, from their balance at the start of the
promo, will earn 2 e-raffle entries. Customers with negative balance
growth, will lose the chance to gain e-raffle entries).
6. Must have made a cash in to his/her CIMB Fast Plus or UpSave
account via any of CIMB Bank online and/or physical partner’s
channels (7-Eleven store, Dragonpay Over-The-Counter Dragonpay
Online fund & PesoNet). Intrabank transfer from CIMB own account
or other CIMB account will not be taken into account.
7. All Fast account holders who upgraded to Fast Plus and made the
above balance growth requirement within the promo period.
NOTIFICATION
6. Eligible Participants will be notified via SMS to inform them of the
valid entries they accumulated during the promo period.
Notifications may be made monthly, during the promo period.
INVALID ENTRIES/DISQUALIFIED CUSTOMERS
7. Employees of CIMB Bank are disqualified from joining the
promotion, regardless if they have opened an Eligible account
and made eligible transactions during the promo period. This
includes their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or
affinity which are disqualified as well.
8. Accounts opened and transactions made before and after the
promo period are deemed invalid.
9. Entries earned from funds deposited but are withdrawn before the
end of each qualification period.
10. Transactions made by unverified accounts i.e: Fast Accounts
unless such accounts upgraded to FastPlus and/or UpSave.
DETERMINATION OF WINNER
12. The winner for this Promo will be determined via electronic
draw from among the total list of valid entries using Oracle
R Enterprise. There will be one electronic raffle draw every
month during the promo period, as follows:

eligible to participate in the succeeding raffle draws, based
on maintained balance.
13. The presence of the representatives from CIMB Bank and
DTi will be required during the during the generation of the
list of valid entries and in the determination of winner (the
“Promo Winner”).
14. CIMB Bank reserves the right to conduct a verification
process on the Promo winner before awarding any prize,
i.e., conduct customer due diligence and other relevant
checking. The winner who fail the verification process will
be disqualified.
15. The decision of CIMB Bank on all matters related to this
Promo shall be final and irrevocable, and the determination
of the raffle draw Promo winner shall be final and
irrevocable with prior approval by the DTi.
VERIFICATION AND DETERMINATION OF WINNER
16. The declared Promo winners will be notified by CIMB Bank
through SMS or Email after the raffle draw, together with
the instruction on how the prize will be credited.
17. The Promo winner may be posted at CIMB Bank’s media
pages (Facebook).

be found at www.cimbbank.com.ph and agree that all
decisions fairly and reasonably made by CIMB Bank in
relation to every aspect of this Promo, including the raffle
prize to be given away and the determination of the
Customer(s) eligible to participate, shall be final, binding
and conclusive.
21. CIMB Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to
disqualify any Customer(s) that it determines to be
tampering with the entry process, or to be acting in breach
or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
