connected with or employed by my former employer in any capacity as of the date of effectivity

before any court of law, Department of Labor and Employment or any government agency
regarding any matter connected with or incident to my employment with M. LHUILLIER
FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.

quitclaim hereby given by me is made willingly and voluntarily with full knowledge of my rights
