In this case study I can say that in a job or in this work area there is no
honesty and love of work that is happening , because in here we can see that the
other employee is not fair to his co-worker.

Where in Mr.Adan ask henry to get the report but henry ask her employee to
the job hence Rhoda only knows that the wok paper that she will going to do is
part of her job but she didn’t know that henry is only using her to get the job done
that Mr. Adan’s ask him to do. My reaction in this case is that if I am in her
position I will feel disappointed because I gave my best to get the job done even
it is not my work, but my boss or higher than me in that position is betraying me
and I feel that I am just a woman who is not being appreciated even a little .

The action of henry in this case is immoral because he is not honest to his
boss and also to his job, he is selfish , he do not do his job instead he ask others
to do job and take credit of work of others. In all job or work area this kind of
attitude is not allowed and its not ethical.

In this case study we will decide whether it is good or bad but In this
decision that I will make is not easy because Adam has no bad intention or
purpose in building a damn and he only want is to produce and create activities
in tis river but there only one problem environmentalist see that the river will no
longer active or exist if the dam is built because there is only species of small
fish found only in this river . that will become extinct if the dam is built but the
fish not for food or sports but no one know what purpose it serves by being in the
river.

So the question here is should be the dam built or not, for me yes the dam
should be built but the fish should be transfer to more safer place were that fish
can stay longer and can reproduce again and if that dam built in that river people
can also use for their everyday life for example is the hydroelectric power and
also they can promote tourism spot on that river were people can visit that place
or area.

The action of Adam here is moral because he is building a dam with a good
purpose, but the fish is transfer to another more safer place were in that fish can
assure the safety of the fish. This case is ethical because there is no bad side
that we can see to say that this case is not or bad.
