Performance quarterly and compensation planning on a yearly basis. Coaching & Mentoring of People Managers
on finer aspect of performance management system to enhance collaboration with employees and joint
ownership of outcome.

− Learning and development: - Understand the training needs of the employees /departments. Established Learning
and Development plan and tracked execution of the same in a defined timeframe across all levels

− Succession Planning: -Work with Managers to identify succession plan and growth for employees over a period in
the organization. Developed R&D career pathing project across all the levels to establish growth path for technical
as well as managerial ladder.

− Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition: Implementation of global Employee Reward and Recognition
programs to ensure employee motivation and engagement, work-life balance. Introduction to “Wellness
calendar”, Quarterly team building activities, Sports Month, Festival Celebrations, Annual Day, Click Children’s Day
etc.

− HR Global projects:
- Designed and lead the Global employee engagement survey project for consecutive two years for the
while company using Culture Amp tool
