3 PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE
Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1
cement :4 coarse sand : 8stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) of
Cu.m 16.51 4500
specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering all
works up to plinth beam level.
4 BRICK WORK
Providing and Constructing the brick work in cement mortar 1:5
using best quality table moulded bricks of not less than
50kg/Sq.cm of crushing strength, size of bricks should be 220 X Cu.m 20.76 5350
110 X75mm.,including curing etc complete.
5 PLASTERING
Preparing the surface with button marking of above the P.C.C
area and plastering with C.M 1:3, 12mm thick and finished

6 FILLING SAND
