TP USF Project Kohistan(2019):

Recently I am working at TP USF Kohistan project as TI(BSS and MW Implementation) Team lead with
IKAN Engineering Services (PVT) Limited from july-2019 to till date. At this stage my job major
responsibilities are as below.
 Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Determining project changes.
 Ensuring project deadlines are met. Providing administrative support as needed.
 Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
 Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
 Complete installation and commissioning of 2G/3G RADIO ACCES NETWORK.
 Performing site Pre ATP and Pre Audit of sites according to TP standard, Integrating an installed site.
 Performing site ATP and Audit Activity.
 Troubleshooting and resolving any issue appearing on site .
 Making proper coordination with our management and Customer.

NOKIA-TP Sharing Project-central region(2016):

 Performed Technical Sites Survey.
 Performed LOS.
 BTS Installation(2G,3G,4G)
 Configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting.
 Responsible for collecting BTS performance data and provide equipment running report
 Checking and Maintaining Quality as per NOKIA standards
 Checking of alarms properly patched
