17.Frontal/Horizontal- of, pertaining to, or situated near the forehead or the frontal bone.

18.Abdominal Cavity- the space bounded by the abdominal walls, diaphragm, and pelvis and containing
most of the organs of digestion, the spleen, the kidneys, and the adrenal glands.

19.Thoracic Cavity- the space within the walls of the chest, bounded below by the diaphragm and above
by the neck, and containing the heart and the lungs.

cavity, and supplying them with blood vessels, nerves, and lymphatics, especially the part of this
membrane investing the jejunum and ileum.

6.Peritoneum- a thin translucent serous sac that lines the walls of the abdominal cavity and covers most
of the viscera.

7.Bifurcation- to divide or fork into two branches.
