Post-Lesson Reflections:
- The activity of “explorers and guide” was not as successful as expected. All the students could
not finish the task with correct direction. The lack of example with map was a problem, because
the written instructions were too abstract to understand. Students need to see the outcome of the
roleplay on the map, because map is an important visual support in this activity. The example
lacked the visual support. The reason I put this lesson plan here is because it is very creative, and
I might refine it in the future if I have a chance to re-teach the same content again. (Felicia)
