Long term objective needs: The progress of long time objectives of own learning
against original aims and objectives set in the development plan is evaluated
below:
Defining the problem: At the very first stage of the problem solving process is
to define the problem. The Forest Enterprise is facing the problem of poor
communication between employers and employees.
Generating alternative solutions: The Forest Enterprise can arrange
counseling of the employees and employers in every week. This agency also
can introduce management information systems in the workplace to ensure
good communication between the employees and employers.
