MISSION
1. Provides the shopping area where there is a comfortable and trendy outfits with the
affordable price.
2. Provides the café for the customers to hanging out with their loves.
3. Selling the good taste of foods and drinks that having a good presentation with the low
price.
4. Giving the best service.
5. Provide the comfortable place and facilities with a good view.
6. Hire a waitres who is having a good personality, friendly with a good appearance.
OBJECTIVE
ACTION PLAN
A. Business Concept
The business that I run is moving in the field of outlets, where there are shopping and
café that design casual vintage. And the product of my own business has its own brand,
the name is "Dylan". I produce clothing that has a trendy design in accordance with the
existing trends, and of course we will continue to improve or continue to update the style
model so as not to be out of date. And also Café that sells various foods and drinks that
have a good taste with an attractive appearance, in addition we also provide a healthy
menu suitable for diet. The reason I gave the name "House Of Dylan" is derived from
the "Dylan" which is an abbreviation of my name. I attempt to run the "House Of
Dylan" intended to make, make it easier for customers who want to go shoppingis to buy
clothes do not have far to look for a place to eat. Moreover, the atmosphere in the Dylan
Café has a very beautiful decoration, unique that has vintage casual theme, which also
features classic songs that make each customer feel Relax and unwind.
B. Customers Target
The outlet that I run provides a shopping place whose contents have a very contemporary
fashion design, and also the food starts from the main course, dessert, drinks and coffee
that has an interesting appearance.
The main consumer target of my outlet is the teenagers who certainly have the trait to
follow the trend that is not to be obsolete. And also today, many teenagers who want to
hang out together in a place that decorated uniquely and did not look boring. However,
the outlet that I run not only for teenagers, but also for all ages.
C. Location
In running the business we chose to utilize the private land that is already available,
namely in Kemang Raya area. Because based on the survey, kemang raya has started to
become a place dominated by hangouts for peoples today

E. Marketing Aspects
To meet the needs of the community for the marketing aspect, I will use the marketing mix
strategies for outlets House Of Dylan, namely:
1. Products
The products we sell are in the field of fashion and culinary. For clothing products we
sell using materials that are very comfortable to wear and have a variety of motives,
Foods and beverages we sell will be guaranteed 100% cleanliness using fresh and clean
materials that will continue to be replaced every day. And we will continue to add menu
variants to attract visitors.
2. Price
Price on our product will be very competitive and ready to compete with fashion style
and delicious taste. The price we offer will outperform other products from competitors
who have the same type
3. Place
We choose a place that is visited by young people, who also have a strategic place to sell
the products we make. And according to us Kemang Raya is a favorite place for young
people today.Furthermore, to develop these outlets, we plan to open branches in other
places, so that more people know our Dylan Outlet located in the area of Kemang Raya,
South Jakarta. But for now, maybe we will be more focused on development in this prime
location, in terms of quality, place, and taste.
4. Promotion
In an era that is now more advanced, we use social media to promote our Outlet. We will
create some kind of instagram, facebook, and website to do promotion. We will provide
space in our social media for customers writing their opinion about our Outlet. We will
also provide Discount Rates for certain seasons to improve our purchase. We also do
advertisements on television, as well as distributing brochures, billboards, by our
marketing staff.
