The training provides teachers a good venue to


be better in their field especially on the conduct of
class observations. PPST Modules are very helpful
for their COT.
The objectives were met during the 5 days
M & E Analysis training. Learnings are applied and seen during
activities of every session. It was evident a well
during the Teaching Demonstration.

 The trainers’ are ready and equip.

* prior to delivery
Prior to the delivery of the training, the training
team conducted E-SAT to teachers to find their
strengths and weaknesses. After getting the result, the
team decided to acquaint teachers to the different PPST
Modules through having it as the topics in the INSET
2019. Speakers from the group were identified where
they were assigned to different modules so they can
read ahead and plan. Right after, the Training Team
gathered to make the program design and session
guides. The output has been checked by the school
head and passed for the approval from the CID Chief,
Dr. Oliver Tuburan. Power point presentations were
prepared prior to the conduct of the In-Service
Training 2019.

During the training, house rules was set.
Attendance and punctuality was closely monitored.
Outputs of every session was displayed on the assigned
wall. Participation was encouraged.
