My orders arrived yesterday, October 10, 2019 at exactly 3:00 PM in the afternoon here at my
dental clinic in Polomolok, South Cotabato, Upon checking the items that I ordered despite
having them here when they arrived in good condition, unfortunately some items are lacking.
The lacking items specifically are the following; Wireless LED Dental curing light, it is lacking
one piece, the Dental Carving Tool set with lacking of twenty four pieces. I am requesting for
you to check the inventory of the items that you delivered and if confirmed I hope that you will
deliver the missing items that I ordered initially, however if you fail to do so I would like to
cancel the items that I ordered and ask for a refund on my payment. Thank you.
