What is the media and its role in our lives especially in our society? is it still good or bad?
With the day to day happening in our environment and in other parts of the country, the media
will not disappear as we go about it. From the morning we wake up to the news when you turn
on the television Even when eating breakfast in the morning the media is gone and even in your
sleeping time the news is still there.
why is there media? In conjunction with the modernization of the media over time people
continue to develop curiosity. As they grow older, they become more aware of the circumstances
surrounding us. There is something new and we can even call the national gossip the media
because it tells the private lives of a few people. If we take a closer look at the part of the media
in daily life.
There is the television you just run on that will know a lot about just watching. If you like politics
there is news announcing current events in our government and the country. If you are more of
an educational type then there is a program that is sure to give you a boost. Talk shows are not
lost on the showbiz news for people with idols or fan girls or fan boys. Programs that make you
weep or entertain you will never disappoint you. the media in our system really is not going to
disappear and especially the youth and feeling teenager internet entering the social media
category. There is the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram that people call best friends for not being
entertained but it is also the way to get in touch with other people who have YouTube to
entertain us. It can also be a tool for you to shine
Most of all there is a google friend who is the best friend of all students. The media can play a
huge role in our lives but we cannot avoid the negative effects of the media and its negative side.
If we were always dependent on the media then we could no longer balance the truth and the
lies. There are cases where the reporting is different The news is different every day but there is
only one topic for people to confuse. The books, in turn, have lost their value because of the
continuing development of modernization, so that young people are only dependent on
educational programs and will be read by the reader. Children should be outside staying indoors
and watching television or just staying online.

Today, young people are more likely to choose to spy on their home on television or on Facebook
or twitter. Children will not try to read because Google is already in the process of finding answers

and to help us interact with others but the media has a positive and negative impact on us. It is

Launching Lompoc into the 21st century seems to be a common goal of city staff, community
stakeholders, non-profit organizations, business owners, and residents alike.
The need to increase transparency and improve the lines of communication among local
government and Lompoc residents has really pushed the City to step up into the world of
technology. Along with the push towards improvement and modernization, the city has recently
launched its official social media platforms.
These platforms include Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. While various city departments,
committees and organizations have been slowly implementing social media as a part of their
strategy, it has now become an official tool for use by the City to help effectively and positively
communicate with our community.
Social media plays a huge role in the lives of many people. While not everyone is fond of the
phenomenon, the city recognizes the impact that social media has on people’s everyday lives.
More and more, people are using Facebook as a means to connect with old friends, stay up to
date with people’s lives, find out about upcoming events, and even as a way to shop online. The
younger generations are exploring various social media platforms such as Instagram and
Snapchat. Whatever the platform may be, it can be used as an effective way to update the public
with positive and correct information as well as promote, attract and recognize business.
