SUBJECT : DESIGNATION AS OFFICER-IN-CHARGE

You are hereby designated as Officer-In-Charge effective this date, July 1, 2016 while the undersigned is in
Puerto Princesa City for an Official Travel. As such you are authorized to perform the following functions to wit:

a. Attend conferences, meetings, trainings, programs and other activity related thereto in representation of
the Office of the Mayor; and
b. Perform routinary and administrative function such as supervision of the day-to-day operation of the
Executive Department.

This Order will be revoked upon return of the undersigned.
