Downloading the App

From the smartphone device, the Vesta Mobile App may be downloaded from the Apple Store for iPhone
devices or Google Play Store for Android devices.

Rooted or Jailbroken Phone Registration Messages


Vesta Mobile will not register a mobile device that has been Rooted or Jail broken. If the Vesta EVV system
discovers that a phone has been Rooted or Jail broken, the device will be flagged, and the Vesta Mobile App will
not work on that smartphone.
Vesta Mobile Registration
Once Vesta Mobile is downloaded, the employee will be able to register the device using the password that was
provided by the agency staff, from the employee's profile in Vesta.

1) Select Register Here to begin the registration process.

2) Enter the Agency ID, Employee EVV ID, and Password. {Password is provided by Agency staff}

3) Select Register to Confirm.

4) The employee must select I AGREE after reading the Employee Consent Agreement. (see below)

5) Review details and confirm by selecting OK.

Attendant Consent Agreement: By registering as a Vesta Mobile App user, I consent and agree to use my mobile
device for the purpose of clocking in and out to document service delivery for Texas Medicaid Programs that
require Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

Using the Vesta Mobile App


Employees may clock in and out for Clients with an assigned Small Alternative Devices (TOKEN) by following the
steps below:

1) Launch the Vesta Mobile App.


2) Enter the Employee EVV ID and click LOGIN.
3) Press the Menu Icon and select SAD DEVICE.
4) Enter the Client EVV ID or use drop-down menu to select the Client.
5) Enter the Token Number IN and click SAVE.
6) Enter the Token Number Out and click SUBMIT.
