SISPACK is located near to main sea port of Jakarta, Tanjung Priok, the busiest and major gate for
importer to get their product by sea. With all the high way access in a radius of few kilometers, it
allows us to get the product on time and reach our clients in a short time.

Succeeding in machinery business back in 1990-ish, we have expanded our business to essential oil
in 2003. During the time, the market awareness on the benefit of natural product has increased over
the period and it is important for them to get a product with outstanding quality at a reasonable
price. Trusted sources with accredited certificate are a must and our services in sharing technology
and knowledge are our competitive advantages.

In 2003, SISPACK started distributing mint oil and its species, such as spearmint, barley mint, and
peppermint to manufacturers in oral care industry, confectionery industry, and pharmaceutical
industry. The product is imported from Australia and it receives positive response from customers.

Tea Tree Oil (TTO) is an aboriginal essential oil from Australia and there is an increasing demand
from cosmetic and personal care industry during 2004-2005. This allows us to channel TTO to our
customers and adds TTO in our product list. Due to its benefit, many manufacturers have set their
interest on TTO and developed personal products which may comprehend with its characteristics.

Providing a good quality product and services are our main concern, hence, we are pleased to share
any technology information or assist client to be more effective and efficient. In 2006, we extend our
product by delivering our essential oils in oil or water soluble form. This allows client to solve their
production issue and increases their productivity directly.

Essential oils become a trend in the industry and we have an urged to deliver a more variety of
essential oils to benefit them. SISPACK expands its product list in 2009 to vegetable oils. More types
of essential oils have also been added to the list to allow us to cater our client’s necessity in a better
and more convenient way.

Price

As SISPACK sources the product from the first hand of supply chain, we can assure you that we offer
our client at a very competitive price compared to flavor house, who acts as intermediary in the
process and charge a premium price to the manufacturers. Our principal has their own plantation
and many contracted farmers. This will ensure the availability of the product and its competitive
price. This can assist customer to cut their production cost immediately.

Packing and Minimum Order

For easy handling, we deliver our product in 20 kg plastic drum, sealed by principal. This will provide
some guarantee to our client that contamination during transit is not permitted.

SISPACK trusts that every manufacturer has their moment and some of them have just penetrated
the market. We are here to assist and grow together with them. Customers are allowed to purchase
at our minimum order of 20 kg and still receive our exceptional customer service.

Stocking and Lead Time

We understand that raw material supply is a major concern for manufacturers and delaying
production process for only few hours may result a great loss. This makes SISPACK realized that
keeping a stock at our storage is essential so any urgent purchase or additional requirement can be
fulfilled just in hours only.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to our quality and believe such certifications are authentic proofs of meeting the
standards. Our principal facilities have met Hazard Analytical Control Point (HACCP) standard and all
of our products hold Halal and Kosher certificate. As Australian Food Halal Services (AHFS) has been
accredited by Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) as an accredited certification body for Halal in 2009,
we changed our certification body to AFHS accordingly and have granted the certificate in the same
year.

Research and Development

In order to meet our principal’s assurance and product development requirement, they have
invested wide range state of the art equipments in their laboratory. On- going research and product
development have also been continuously performed to cater client’s need in a better way and
timely manner. We have also been introducing a new product concept to our customers in a
frequent time, just to assist them in developing new product and win the competition.

Value Added Service

We understand customers’ problem and we speak their language. They frequently have production
or RnD issue over the time and SISPACK is providing a troubleshooting services. We invite our
principal every four months to visit our customer directly and discuss any technology difficulty. We
perform a frequent courtesy visit to our customer to assure that they have been taking care by our
personnel.
