will be reviewed each year. Your first
Target Bonus INR 1,20,000 (10%) eligibility for annual bonus will be
determined based on your start date and
would be prorated.

The number of shares granted will be
calculated by dividing the On Hire Stock
Award amount specified in your offer
Atlassian New Hire Stock Award USD 50,000
letter, by the closing Atlassian stock price
on a future date as per Company policy.
The stocks will vest 25% at the end of
first year completion / work anniversary
Atlassian New Hire Stock Award Vest and your remaining RSUs will vest 6.25%
INR 35,00,000 per quarter over the three years
( USD 1 = INR 70) thereafter.
