• Offer is valid for Indian citizens but not applicable to customers in Tamil Nadu.

• HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best
effort' basis.

• If the Cardholder ceases to be the Cardholder/s at any time during the Program period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be
available to the Cardholder/s. Incase of demise of eligible Cardholder, the heir apparent to produce legal heir certificate & any other additional documents,
as required by legal department, to avail the claim.

• In case the Cardholder cancels any transaction/s due to which he/she has qualified for the offer, then the Cardholder is not eligible for the offer.

• HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed
of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.

• HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment and/or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is
identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.

• All queries with regards to the Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from the offer fullfillment date – post which the Bank will not
entertain any queries.

• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory
authority.

• HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of
these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it
altogether.

• Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Card & all Debit Card (except Virtual, NetSafe & ATM members only) and nothing
contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and

• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive

other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

• The Campaign is applicable on cards under MasterCard / VISA / Diners & Rupay and is powered by them.

• The gift tax,any additional tax, any government charges associated towards the reward to eligible winners of this program will need to be borne by the
customers only. HDFC Bank or Manufacturer or any other party cannot be liable towards the gift tax/charges rising towards the same.

• ATM withdrawal transactions will not be considered for the offer.

Winner selection

1 Transactions performed between 11.00 am to 11.00 pm only will be considered across Full swipe on Debit & Credit Cards and Easy EMI on Credit
Cards.

2 Two customers - 1 from Credit card transaction and 1 from Debit card transaction will qualify every hour during the period of 12 hours, every day of the
program period.

3 The winners will be chosen randomly by system. In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of HDFC Bank shall be final and binding in all
respects. Winners from this program will be picked up by the 90th day from end of program period. Details of such Winners will be published on our website
by the 100th day from end of program period.

4 HDFC Bank staff is not eligible to participate in this program.

5 The hourly winners will get a Apple iPhone 11 (64 GB) and Bumper winner will get a Mercedes car for the program period, each for Debit Card & Credit
Card respectively. Colour & Variant of either the iPhone 11 (64 GB) and/or the Mercedes car will be at the sole discretion of the manufacturers, basis
availability. Requests from neither HDFC Bank nor program Winners will be entertained.

6 Customer can win only once during the program period, even if customer is holding multiple cards. Though use of multiple cards during this program
period increases chance of winning, a Winner will be determined at an account level and not at card level.

7 Reversed /cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.

Rewards

• The hourly winners will get a Apple iPhone 11 (64 GB), 1 for Debit Card and 1 for Credit Card every hour.

• Bumper winner will get a Mercedes car, 1 for Debit Card and 1 for Credit Card overall.
