replaced every 1-2 years, and is also more energy consuming, requires less space. After installing Pantera Energy Energy on
your premises, it is monitored 24 hours a day by technical staff through IntelliHUB to ensure easy operation. In the event
of any technical problem, IntelliHUB staff can remotely diagnose and take corrective action if necessary on the Internet.

The Pantera Energy Intelligent Solar Energy Management comes with a 5-year warranty on the entire system, including
batteries compared to other conventional solar systems that has a 1-year warranty for their inverters and a 6-month battery

Phase) Annual utility inflation: 6.70% (assumed). Energy Bill Savings are actual, without any tax effects applied.

Your historical energy usage was used to help size your solar system. Based upon the system size suggested, the
expected electricity bill savings over a 25 year period are provided. In addition, the first-year electricity bill savings
you can expect are provided together with a chart of the monthly solar system output (PV production) you can
expect. . However, at the end of a 12-year period the Intelligent Solar Energy Management System saves a lot
more money the Conventional Solar system. This is because a conventional solar system has recurrent battery
replacements costs every 2 years and no energy intelligence.

The breakeven period of the Pantera Energy system with 1 hour and 15 minutes backup is 5-6 years. Pantera
Energy has a very fast Payback period because it not only reduces daily grid usage by using available solar power,
but also reduces grid consumption in the evening. Batteries discharge through BMU (Battery Management Unit)
schedules charging and discharging time as identified by IntelliSENSE. Fast and Efficient Charging within 1 hour.

LCOE is the cost of producing an electricity unit from an energy production asset. It is calculated by dividing the
total costs over the lifetime of the energy project from the total energy produced, taking into account 6% of annual
Gird and Generator inflation. As you can see a unit (kWh) of electricity from a conventional solar system and the
generator is much more expensive than the cost of output from a Pantera Energy system, because the
conventional solar system does not have energy intelligence and has frequent replacements and a generator
have constant fuel and maintenance costs
