Greetings!
The Mechatronics Technologies Corporation (MTC) is pleased to invite you and your technical
staff to participate in our Competency based certified program on 27th Advanced Programmable Logic
Controller (PLC) with Human Machine Interface (HMI) course on 12 September – 10 October 2009, for 5
days with 10 sessions every Saturdays at 9:00-5:00 pm. The training will be held at the MTC’s fully-
equipped training facilities at Virata Hall, E. Jacinto St., UP Diliman, Quezon City. The course outline is as
follows:

Day 1 Introduction to Advanced PLC, Review of Basic PLC, Timer and Counter Circuits,
Shift Register Application Exercises Special Input/Output Modules, Applications CX
Programmer Offline and Online Programming and Monitoring, Problem Solving and
Simulations,
Day 2 Data Manipulation Instruction, Transfer Instruction, Conversion Instruction, Compare Instruction,
Problems and Exercises, Arithmetic Instruction, Offline and Online Programming, Advance
Instructions
Day 3 Scaling Instruction, Problems and Simulations Analog - Digital Conversion, Analog Input Module,
Wiring and Configuration Programming using conversion, Scaling and Analog Digital Conversion
Exercise, Digital-Analog Conversion, Digital Analog Output, Wiring Configuration, Programming
using transfer Instruction, Block compares instruction, Problems and Simulation

Day 4 Laboratory 1: HMI Layout, Wiring and Start-up Screen Development, Drawing Tools Switches and
Lamps, Screen Transfer, Numerical Display, Keypad, Data Entry, Text Placements, Lab: 2 Basic
Screen Developments
Day 5 Multi-Overlaps, Alarm Displays, Memo Pad Function Laboratory 3: Design Problems and
Simulations, Graph Display: Pie, Bar, Panel Trend Closed Area, Practical Exercises, Actual
HMI/PLC Design Application, Closing and Distribution of Certificates.

The participation fee is Ph P 6,800.00 per participant and covers the cost of training, laboratory,
training materials, snacks and certificate. Please confirm your reservation by filling out the form below and
