LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT

Dear Mr. ………,

With reference to your application dated ………………., and subsequent


interview, we have pleasure in offering you an appointment in our company
effective from ……………, on the following terms and conditions. Your initial
place of posting shall be. ……………. However your services are liable to
transfer any where in India.

1. APPOINTMENT

You shall be appointed as ………………………………. in Level …………. of


…………… cadre.

2. COMPENSATION

Your total compensation will be Rs.…..………………../-


(……………………………) per annum inclusive of annual bonus.

3. PROBATION

A. You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date
of your joining. In case your progress/conduct during this period is not
found satisfactory, the probation period may be extended at the sole
discretion of the management for a further period of three months.
Further, if your progress/conduct during the probation period is not
found satisfactory your appointment shall stand terminated at the sole
discretion of the management without any notice or compensation in
lieu thereof.

B. Unless an order in writing, confirming you on a post, is passed


expressly, you will not be deemed to have been confirmed even
though your probation period may have expired.

4. MEDICAL FITNESS

A. This appointment is and will be subject to your being found and


remaining medically (Physically and mentally) fit by CMO of the
District/our Medical Officer.
B. You will be required, at any time during your service, to appear
before a Medical Officer as specified by the company.

C. In accordance with standard practices of the company you are


requested to treat the terms and conditions and the details of your
remuneration of this appointment as confidential.

D. You will be required to submit true copies of certificates and


testimonials in support of your qualifications and age for our records.

E. The company will expect you to work, in any section/department


in which you are placed, with a high standard of initiative, integrity,
efficiency and economy.

F. You will not seek membership of any local or public body without
first obtaining a written permission from the management of the
company.

G. You will not give out to any one, by word of mouth or otherwise,
particulars or details of our manufacturing process, trade secrets,
operational process, technical know-how, security arrangements,
administrative and/ or organizational matters of a confidential or secret
nature which it may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of
your being our employee.

5. POSTING

You may be posted to any unit/ branch of the company whether at present
existing or which may be set up in future at any time and at any place in
India, from time to time. On such posting you will be governed by the terms
and conditions of service applicable to your category of employee in that
unit/ branch.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

You shall be governed by the conduct and service rules of the company, as
announced from time to time.

7. TERMINATION

A. Notwithstanding any of the clauses of this letter of appointment,


the management reserves the right in its sole discretion of terminating
this appointment without assigning any reason and without notice
during your probation period.

B. After confirmation of your service in the company, in case you


wish to leave the services of the company at any time thereafter, you
have to serve a notice of at least one month or gross salary in lieu of.
However, the management, at its sole discretion, may relieve you from
the services of the company at any time on the receipt of your
resignation without any compensation for the unexpired period of
notice. Further the company may terminate you from the services by
giving one month notice or one month gross salary in lieu of.

C. The company shall have the right to terminate your employment


without notice or payment in lieu thereof if:

C1. You are medically found unfit.

C2. You commit any material breach of any duties and responsibilities
of the company service rules.

D. You can be dismissed on grounds of misconduct which


contravenes the express or implied conditions of your employment.

E. The company is restricted from continuing to employ you by


reason of any other legal incapability.

8. SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS

You shall be governed by the company’s existing Service Rules and


Regulations and/or amended from time to time and applicable to other
employees or your cadre/level

9. OTHERS

A. In all matters not specifically provided for herein, such as leave,


P.F., Medical, T.A., Retirement, Gratuity etc. you will be subject to rules
and regulations of the company as may be in force from time to time
at the place where you may be working. Your service will be governed
by service and conduct rules of the company.

B. You will retire from the services of the company on attaining the
age of 60 years.

C. Any dispute arising out the employment terms of service shall


be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court of Delhi

Kindly return the duplicate copy thereof duly signed by you as confirmation of
you having accepted the terms and conditions contained therein.
