DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, FELIX MIER, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay Magatas, Sibulan,
Negros Oriental, hereinafter called the vendor and the owner of the a certain motorcycle with a
sicdecar, which is more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND PESOS

(Php18,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the vendee, ADELAIDA S. PIS-AN, of
legal age, Filipino, married to Orsino Pis-an and a resident of San Antonio, Sibulan, Negros
Oriental and receipt in full is hereby acknowledged by the vendor, Felix Mier to his entire
satisfactions and that by virtue of these presents the vendor does hereby SELL, CONVEY and
TRANSFER, by way of Absolute Sale, all the vendor’s rights, interests and participations over
the above-described motorcycle, together with its sidecar No. 021, in favor of the vendee, his
heirs and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the vendor warrants his ownership over the said motorcycle and will defend the
rights of the vendee against any adverse claim whatsoever.

Before me, personally appeared the vendor, Felix Mier and vendee, Adelaida S. Pis-an
who exhibited to me their Community Tax Certificates Nos. 13937377 and 13938558, issued on
February 3, 2006 and February 22, 2006, respectively, all issued at Sibulan, Negros Oriental,
both known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument, signed by the
parties together with their two instrumental witnesses; and that they acknowledged to me that the
same is their free act and voluntary deed.
