2.3 Functional requirements of LRIT terminal

4 Confirmation procedure of DNID and program

4.1 Confirmation procedure from DTE

In above case, the program activates only in AOW (AOR-W) Ocean Region
and executes the Data reporting (2 packets are sent in each time) at 2500
frames (6 hours) intervals from 1250th frame (3:00(UTC)) at 2008/8/25.
Program 2 does not activate because its status is [Inact](Inactive).

4.2 Confirmation procedure from PC tool OR: Ocean Region STS: Status

5 ON/OFF function setting procedure
When Inmarsat-C/Mini-C is required to satesfy the requirements of
LRIT terminal performance, the function of Enhanced Data Reporting
(EDR) should be turned ON. Setting ON/OFF of EDR can be executed
from the PC tool, [winIST].
(1) Click [Data Reporting Type] from MENU LIST of [winIST] ([Data
