ORDER

When the cases were called for arraignment and pre-trial, the private complainant and the
accused appeared with their respective counsels.

The defense counsel asked for the suspension of the arraignment because she filed a Petition for
Review before the DOJ. The private prosecutor opposed the same. She also manifested that she has not
yet received a copy of the same.

In view thereof, over the objection of the private prosecutor, considering that there is a Petition
for Review filed before the DOJ by the accused, today’s arraignment and pre-trial are cancelled and
transferred to (date)

The defense counsel submitted before the Honorable Court the pictures of the accused as
directed during the last hearing.

The defense is warned that of no resolution is rendered by the DOJ on the Petition for Review
filed by the accused, the arraignment and pre-trial shall proceed and scheduled.

Furnish the parties and counsels copy of this Order.
