Objective
My Objective is to contribute to the betterment of Globally challenged problems using Biological helpers that
have the potential to make the most effective difference. I am in last year of Bachelor in Biotechnology but I
want to pursue my Masters with main research on microbiology because my research work and interest are to
work specifically with beneficial and harmful microbes utilizing their benefits and fighting their harmfulness
using all the techniques that I have learnt during this degree.

· Achievement:
I am currently in my 7th Semester with a CGPA of 3.938 and Completing my Degree on HEC need and merit-
based Scholarship that allows full waiver of my fees through out the degree.
. Final Year Project:
I am currently working on the project of developing Saline Specific Bio fertilizers using PGPRs (plant growth
promoting bacteria). That involves isolating Bacteria from bulk soil of saline affected areas analyzing them
for P, Ph and Zn solubilizing abilities (holozone formation) and IAA analysis with Spot Test and HPLC.
. Past research work:
I have also worked on a little project of isolation of pathogenic Bacteria i.e. lyme borreliosis from the blood
of infected patients , their growth in LB agar media provided with antibiotics i.e. Doxycycline, Amoxicillin in
varying concentrations to infer how much quantity and how many subcultures can impart resistant to this
bacteria against that specific antibiotics being used clinically to treat Lyme Disease caused by this bacteria

. Achievement:
I have passed my FSC premedical in 1st Division by scoring 966 marks out of 1100 with a full fee concession
through out the two years based on my matriculation marks.
