SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE (REIS 2010):
The conventional energy resources are rapidly being consumed
in the developed countries, while many developing countries
still lack sustainable and reliable energy supply systems. Some
Renewable Energy Technologies are mature, environmentally
friendly and highly appropriate for such developing countries.
Of late solar energy and sustainable technologies are
extensively used in Industry and for the betterment of the
Society. .This International conference aims at bringing
together academicians, scientists and technologists working in
universities, research institutes and industries at same platform
to share their experiences, knowledge and expertise. The focus
of the conference will be on all the facets of current and
emerging solar technologies and related issues for application
in Industry and Society.
ABOUT HYDERABAD
Hyderabad is the unique and beautiful historic city in Southern
part of India. It is the fifth largest metropolis of India, and is
the state capital of Andhra Pradesh. Hyderabad is known for
its rich history and culture with monuments, mosques,
temples, and a rich and varied heritage in arts, crafts and

ABOUT OSMANIA UNIVERSITY
Osmania University was established in 1918 and is one of the

- OF PHYSICS

When Osmania University was established during 1918 -1919,
Physics was one of the first few science subjects that were
introduced. From then, the Department has grown
enormously in strength and diversity and it has emerged as
one of the centers of Excellence in Physics in the Country. In
the campus department the specializations offered include:
Electronics –Instrumentation, Materials science and Solid
State Physics. In addition M.Sc (Applied Electronics) and M.Sc
(Nano Science) are also offered. In the constituent colleges
Biophysics, Condensed Matter Physics, Electronics

COMMERCIAL AND SCIENTIFC EXHIBITIONS
Commercial and Scientific Exhibitions will be held in
conjunction with the REIS 2010 conference on December
16-18, 2010 at Hyderabad. The exhibitions are designed for
vendors to exhibit their products related to all the products
of Nonconventional Energy sources. About 40 booths will
be available for display and the entries will be accepted in
the order of application's arrival.
(1) The foot space for each booth is 3×2 m2 (width by
depth).
(2) The standard commercial exhibition fee for each unit is
$1250 or equivalent. Two spot lights, electric plugs, one
table, two chairs and company identification sign will be
provided. In addition, one member from each exhibitor will
be given regular registration treatment to access
conference technical session, a proceeding CD, meals and
the banquet dinner. If special equipment and supplies
(furnishings, DVD player etc) are required, or question
about the entries and exhibition,
