Warehousing Services

Marketing Agency Obligation and Duties

1. Establish communication and professional relationship between PIL and the authorities in
Pertamina related to logistic and warehousing services.
2. Accompanying PIL in obtaining the data and information related to project in Pertamina and
particularly in PHE (Pertamina Hulu Energy)
3. Support to PIL in marketing and sales activities in Pertamina and in particular PHE
4. Assigning personnel in Pertamina and PHE during the tender process until contract signing for
project bid by PIL
5. Assigning personnel in Pertamina and PHE to process PIL invoice payments periodically
according to contract that has been signed.
6. Assisting PIL in the analysis of business or projects related to project risk and feasibility,
competitors and prospect partners.

Marketing Agency Rights

1. Accept from PIL for the operational costs, payroll and petty cash which subtract the success fee
paid later.
2. Cost breakdown :
a. Monthly salary
Deddy triawan Rp 15.000.000,-
Dani Gunowo Rp 15.000.000,-
Feldimus Rp 12.500.000,-
Andi Wahyudi Rp 10.000.000,-
Personnel listed here can be altered if necessary related to marketing and sales
activities that will be run

b. Monthly office operations Rp 7.500,000,-

c. Petty cash Rp 50.000. 000,-
Petty cash is paid once by PIL that will be used by marketing agency for marketing and sales
related activities in Pertamina. This petty cash will also subtract sales fee that paid later.
3. Accept success fee from PIL amounting to 2.5 % ( two and a half percent) of PIL business or
project sales in Pertamina periodically similar to PIL invoice periods to Pertamina.
4. All cost and cash that has been received by marketing agency from PIL will be calculated to and
subtracting sales fee

Periods of Contract
Contract between PIL and marketing agency will be run for 2 (two) years and extended if necessary.

Terms and conditions

1. This contract is specific for PIL activities for Pertamina projects. Other activities for marketing
agency outside Pertamina will be discussed separately.
2. Other parties success fee that is not part of marketing agency is PIL obligation to pay.
