Writing a Restaurant/Food Establishment Critique Paper

GUIDELINES:
1. This take-home examination is a pair activity.
2. Students must write at most two (2) to four (4) pages worth of critique paper on one food
establishment or restaurant inside or outside Naga City (including the reference list and
documentation).
3. The documentation must present photos of the ocular visit, food tasting, and interview with
the management. It must also include the list of interview questions, transcript of answers
of the interviewee/s and a brief narrative of your visit and critiquing.
4. It must be encoded, and the output must be printed on a SHORT BOND PAPER.
5. Font: Times New Roman, 12

• Based on the given areas above, formulate 10-20 interview questions.
