 1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy applies to persons seeking potential employment with SunTec affiliates
(collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”). It sets out the basis upon which we collect, use, store, share
and keep secure the personal information provided to us in connection with your application for
a position with SunTec. The term “job applicant” or “you,” as used in this Privacy Policy, means
individuals who apply for, or are in the process of being considered for, employment with
SunTec.

3. Scope Definition:
Any personal information that you submit to us through job application website / portals, Career
page, Manpower Consultancy (including any CV or résumé that you upload to this website) will
be collected and processed for SunTec, where permissible by relevant, applicable law. This
includes without limitation:

 Recruitment information - cover letter, resume, educational background, professional

background, sex/gender, date of birth, ethnicity, nationality;

 Contact information - name, telephone number, home address, personal e-mail

addresses, national identification information;

 Career and job performance information - job level/position, details of skills and
experience from the referrals provided;

 Background check information authorized by the job applicant if and to the extent
allowed by applicable law - information about judicial disputes and criminal records;

  Automatically collected information - information collected via cookies and Web
beacons, IP address, browser name, operating system details, domain name, date, time
of visit and pages viewed;

 Public-Facing Information - publicly available social media profiles, content from

external job bulletin boards.

4. Use of Your Personal Information:

SunTec will use the personal information provided in this job application and information
collected from other sources, including:

 Recruitment - to evaluate your application for employment with SunTec,

communicate with you about your application, conduct any necessary or appropriate
background checks, comply with our diversity policy, manage any aspects of your
prospective employment relationship.

 Comply with legal obligations - if and to the extent allowed by applicable law -
comply with our administrative or human resources obligations, in connection with
litigation or an internal investigation or audit;

 Validation of submitted information - verify personal information by contacting your

references.

Personal information submitted to us may be transferred to, stored and processed on servers
located in various countries around the world, in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations.

SunTec is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. When we collect,
use, process, disclose or transfer your personal information, we take reasonable steps to ensure
that it is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy statement.

 5. Information security:
SunTec is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. Whenever and
wherever we collect, process or use personal information, we take reasonable technical, physical
and administrative steps to secure that information accordance with this Privacy Policy in order
to prevent unauthorized access and use, unlawful processing, unauthorized or accidental loss,
destruction, or damage to that information.

6. With Whom Your Information Will Be Shared:

In order to use your personal information for the purposes set forth above, your information may
be disclosed to various personnel within SunTec including human resources and
payroll/accounting staff, managers, as well as SunTec affiliates, external consultants, third party
vendors, and other advisers or persons when necessary.

Please note, we are also planning to automate the entire recruitment process. Any personal
information provided as part of your job application with us will also be processed using the tool,
it does not permit the service provider to use your personal information for its own purposes or
to disclose it to third parties.

Additionally, SunTec may disclose your personal information to courts, law enforcement, or
other government agencies in order to comply with legal and regulatory requests. Such
information may be disclosed to:

1. Protect your or SunTec legal claims and interests

2. Defend against potential or actual litigation
3. Abide by applicable law, regulation or contracts
4. Respond to a court order, SunTec administrative process or judicial
process including, but not limited to, a subpoena or a search warrant
5. Comply with SunTec obligations where it is registered with any
governmental agency

Few cases your Resume will be shared to the Customer of SunTec based on the need from the
customer.

 7. Obtaining and Handling Your Consent
When collecting personal information from you, SunTec will inform you whether the requested
information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide certain information, this may impact our
ability to process your application.

8. Retention period:
If you fill in, but do not submit an online job application (i.e. by pressing the “submit” button),
we will not retain the data that you have provided in the online application form. It is only by
submitting your application to SunTec that we will gain access to your data and consider your
application for potential employment.

If you are unsuccessful with the application that you submit to us, we reserve the right to retain
your details for period of 1 year, so that we may assess your suitability for potential employment
opportunities with SunTec that may arise in the future. If you would prefer that we do not retain
your information for this purpose, you have the opportunity to opt out of this process by writing

9. Declaration:
Your Rights with Respect to Your Personal Information
You have the right to access, update or request that we delete your personal information at any
time. If you wish to exercise your rights, or if you have other questions, comments or concerns
about our privacy practices, please contact our Data Protection Officer. Please provide your
name and contact information along with the request. Alternatively, inquiries may be mailed to

However, please be aware that if you choose to delete your personal information then you will
not be able to proceed with your job application in future.
