JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT-WITNESS

I, Jovencio Solite, 26 years old, Filipino, married, Laborer and a residence of Brgy. Calumpang Naval,
Biliran, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,hereby depose:

That it was Police Investigator P/Major Mark John Sumaya,who conducted the examination of the
undersigned affiant in Naval Police Station, at Caneja Street, Brgy. Smo Rosario Naval, Biliran;

That I hereby state, that in answering the questions asked of me as appearing below, I was fully
conscious that I did so under oath and that I may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury;

Question 1: Are you the witness the case of Rape with murder against Charlito Lambit who is the
responsible person who killed and rape the victim named Andrea Peregrino?

Answer: Yes, I am.

Question 2: Where were you on October 5, 2019 at around 2100 hours in the evening?

Answer: I was at my house in the whole day sir.

Question 3: What did you do that day ?

Answer: I was asleep that morning and woke up at about 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon and after that I
clean the sorrounding of our house and when it's 5:00 o'clock already I prepare foods for the dinner, that
is all sir.

Question 4: How about the night what are you up to ?

Answer: After we ate dinner sir me and my brother-in-law spend the night for drinking liquoir sir.
Question 5: After that ? Did you notice that Charlito Lambit leave the house on or about 9:00 o'clock in
the evening on October 5, 2019 ?

Answer: No sir, I was really sure that my brother-in-law Charlito Lambit was with me until we finished
drinking the liquoir that night.

Question 6: After that what happened next ?

Answer: We fall asleep sir after we finished drinking the liquoir.

Question 7: Do you have anything more to add to your statements?

Answer: I have none for the moment.
