MISSION STATEMENT
My mission is to enthusiastically create and integrate diverse ideas in order to 
maintain the highest quality of life for all human beings.  

VISION STATEMENT  
I believe it is necessary to ​educate and incorporate diverse viewpoints so that 
individuals have a global perspective and are able to navigate environments that 
we not originally created for minorities and women. 

STRENGTHS  

Deliberative-​ I’m attentive always doing SWOT analyses for 

everything. It is important to look at all options and outcomes, 
identifying the positives and negatives in order to make an 
informed decision. 

Relator-​ It’s extremely important for me to help others achieve 

their goals. I find that although I tend to be an introvert, and 
usually won’t socialize in large groups when a person is working 
on something I feel I can help them with I will.  

Command-​ When there is a lack of leadership, I’ll take charge to 

get the necessary things done. I find it challenging yet exciting 
to be a mediator. I also prefer to keep goals realistic while 
pushing myself to take a risk. 

Analytical-​ As an analytical person, I always try to understand 

other peoples’ thought processes. I need clear and concise 
information in order to be successful.  

Adaptability-​ Life is about choices, and I make choices based on 

the facts that I have at that particular time. As I grow, learn, 
and experience new environments, I adapt​.   

PERSONAL GOALS  
Be present (Live in the NOW!) 

Travel 4 times a year 

Learn to cook 2 different cuisines 

Become more fluent in Spanish & German 

 
LEADERSHIP LEGACY  
As a leader, it is my responsibility to be bold and take action. I am an agent 
of change and strive to bring the best out of people. By doing this, I am in the 
best version of myself. I lead and I listen, trying to bring other people’s 
perspectives into the fold and give others a chance to have a seat at the table. 
I leave behind a trail of confidence, honesty, creativity, and innovation. 

VISION FOR FUTURE OF LEARNING 

The future of learning is that all humans will have equitable access to 
education and resources. While tapping into people’s diverse backgrounds, we’ll 
become more culturally aware and accepting society so that our minds expand 
beyond our familiarity.

CORE VALUES & BELIEFS 

Diversity​: People coming from different backgrounds; allowing a community to learn and share
different cultural contexts, life experiences, and world views. People become open-minded and
culturally aware.
