We have chosen a site at Brgy.8 Guanzon St. Gingoog City Misamis Oriental for several reasons:

*Close Proximity to nearby City and towns.

* Near at Christ the King Colleges, Gingoog City, Comprehensive National High School and Gingoog
Christian College.

*Beneficial demographic over 117,908 household.

All of the above qualities are consistent with tech `or treat library goal providing a fresh approach as
a library establishment. We are looking at leasing approximately sq. ft. of space,
which allows spaces for the new kind library which use technology, snack area, clerk station, storage
room, small office, baggage area. We expect usable selling space end up being around

B. Company Ownership
