Debtor was served to You on 01-04-2014 in EP 21/2016 in OS 636/2014 and you were
required to withhold the sum of Rs 4,07,230-00 from the salary of the said Judgement
Debtor: Smt. Shila Suryakantham ,W /o late Yellayya, age 55 years, Gang Mazdoor, ID
No. 0213867,R&B Sub Division, Marripalem, Visakhapatnam.

Whereas Decree Holder: Joga Govinda, w/o Late Pydithalli,

filed a memo stating that the matter is Compramised and settled out of court the Decree
Holder praying the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to raise the attachment order against
the salary of Judgement Debtor: Smt. Shila Suryakantham and communicate the same to
his Garnishee: The Deputy Executive Engineer, R&B Sub Division, Marripalem,
Visakhapatnam, in that view the attachment order made against the salary of the
Judgment Debtors is hereby raised.

Therefore, no attachment order is pending against the above

said Judgement Debtor : Smt. Shila Suryakantham ,W /o late Yellayya, age 55 years,

Gang Mazdoor, ID No. 0213867,R&B Sub Division, Marripalem, Visakhapatnam, in this

matter (EP 21/2016 in OS 636/2014). hereby the attachment is raised in the above EP.

53108066929, PDT/PW, Trolley Man, O/o Station Master, Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam.

Whereas Decree Holder: Vanapalli Bhaskar Rao, and

Judgement Debtor: Gorli Srinivasa Rao filed a memo stating that the matter is
Compramised in Lok Adalat, Visakhapatnam, the Decree Holder praying the Hon’ble
Court may be pleased to raise the attachment order against the salary of Judgement
Debtor: Gorli Srinivasa Rao and communicate the same to his Garnishee: The “Divisional
Personal Officer”, O/o DRM, Dondaparthi, Visakhapatnam, and award is passed in Lok
Adalat, Visakhapatnam on 21-02-2017, in that view the attachment order made against
the salary of the Judgement Debtors is hereby raised.

Therefore, no attachment order is pending against

the above said Judgement Debtor: Gorli Srinivasa Rao, S/o late Chinnayya, working as

00 from the salary of the said Judgement Debtor-3: P Raja Murali Mohan, S/o Rama
Rao, working as Police Constable, Emp ID no 2843, Bhadratha no 91763, PM Palem
Police Station, Visakhapatnam.

Whereas Decree Holder: Shriram Chits Private Limited,

Gajuwaka Branch, Visakhapatnam, filed petition under section 151 of CPC the Decree
Holder praying the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to raise the attachment order against
the salary of Judgement Debtor-3 and communicate the same to his Garnishee: The
“Commissioner of Police”, Commissioner of Compound, Visakhapatnam, and filed a Full
Satisfaction Memo that the Judgement Debtor-1 paid an amount of Rs 72,000-00 towards
the full and final Settlement in the above Executive Petition, and the petition is allowed
and recorded in EA 219/2017 dated 06-01-2017 and the attachment order made against
the salary of the Judgement Debtors 2 and 3 is hereby raised.

Therefore, no attachment order is pending against

the above said Judgement Debtor-3: P Raja Murali Mohan, S/o Rama Rao, working as

Police Constable, Emp ID no 2843, Bhadratha no 91763, PM Palem Police Station,

Visakhapatnam, in this matter (EP 118/2016 in DIS 391/2015).
