case.
The purpose of this text is to persuade the listeners that something
should or should not be the case.
The generic structure of hortatory exposition:
 Thesis : statements or announcements of issue concern,
 Arguments : reason for concern, leading to recommendation,
 Recommendation : statements of what should or should not happen or
be done based on the given arguments.
