Turn off Scopus citation count & collaboration map

display in
Citations– Pure displays a
cumulative total of the number of
citations to all your publications
indexed in Scopus. This total is
updated automatically weekly.

The number displays in the top

right of your Pure profile at all
times and in the summary page of
your Research Outputs.

If you don’t think this adds any

value, you can switch it off by in
the “Edit profile” section.

Note: We are unable to display citations from alternative providers (e.g. Web of Science, Google Scholar) on the profile.
 Turn off Scopus citation count & collaboration map

In the Edit profile

section of Pure
select ‘Portal
profile’ to bring up
your display
options.
 Turn off Scopus citation count & collaboration map
display in Pure

In Pure select
‘Portal profile’
untick the
Citations box.
Don’t forget to hit
‘Save’.
 Turn off Scopus citation count & collaboration map

The totals are no longer displayed

on your profile or your Research
Outputs summary.

However, Scopus citations will

always be displayed alongside
individual Research Outputs.

2. Again, If you don’t think this adds

any value, you can switch it off by in
the “Edit profile” section, by
selecting “Portal profile” (see right).
Switch to ‘Off’ and save.
