AFFIDAVIT

We, SPOUSES MARY ANN S. SARANGSANG and DOUGLAS G. PATTON, Filipino

Citizen and American Citizen, respectively, all of legal age, and residents of Banhigan, Dalaguete, Cebu
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the lawful owners and physical occupants of a parcel of land situated in Barangay
Banhigan, Municipality of Dalaguete, Province of Cebu designated as Cad Lot No. 6245
covered by Tax Declaration No. 25052A (the “Subject Property”). (A Certified True Copy
of Tax Declaration No. 25052A is attached herein as Annex “A”);

2. The Subject Property is covered by an Original Certificate of Title No. OP-33623 under
the name of Hrs. of Ceferino Fajardo Represented by Paterna Fajardo and patented under
FPE V11-6-4986 dated February 24, 1986. (A photocopy of OCT No. OP-33623 and
DENR-CENRO Certification dated March 26, 2018 is attached as Annex “B” and “C”,
respectively)

3. On July 31, 2008, the Heirs of the Late Catalino Pardo & Paterna Bejemil namely
Alejandro Fajardo, Francisco Fajardo and Lamberto Fajardo executed an Extrajudicial
Declaration of Heirs with Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of Rufa O. Kupers. (A
photocopy of the Extrajudicial Declaration of Heirs with Deed of Absolute Sale is
attached as Annex “D”);

4. Subsequently, on ____________ Rufa O. Kupers transferred the Subject Property and

executed a Deed of Absolute Sale in our favor (A copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale and
the Notarial Book Entry is attached as Annex “E” and “E-1”, respectively)

5. We are executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing and in order to protect our
interest pending the processing and registration of our ownership rights and claims over
Lot No. 6245;

6. Affiants sayeth naught.
