Acknowledgement Letter Regarding Distributor Presentations

QNET’s Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures and Professional Marketing Guidelines ensure fair
business practices by regulating the relations and dealings between Distributor and customers.
When presenting
QNET’s products, services and business opportunity to a customer, the Distributor must, at all times,
adhere to and strictly follow:

a) Respect and adhere to the laws;

b) Provide accurate information about QNET’s compensation plan, products and services and
sales methods
c) Be accurate in any comparisons about products, services or opportunities
d) Refrain from any unlawful or unethical recruiting practice
e) Properly describe the relationship between an Distributor and QNET (Distributors are
individual entrepreneurs of their business, not employees, agents or representatives of QNET)
f) Distributor commissions are a result of hard work and ethical marketing in connection with a
customer’s online purchase of a QNET product/service; commissions are not based on
“recruitment”
g) Abide by QNET’s Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics and convey that message to the
customer

DISTRIBUTOR PRESENTER: I fully agree with and will abide by the above a) – g) guidelines when
making any marketing or promotion presentation to a customer. I acknowledge that I am fully and
solely responsible for all content/ information that I share during the presentation without any
liability to or responsibility on QNET

the event the Distributor Presenter does not adhere to the above a) – g), I will not hold QNet or its
affiliates liable or responsible for the Distributor Presenter’s unethical practices or seek damages
from QNET.

Furthermore, I hereby confirm that I am a citizen of India, of legal age and that I fully agree with the
following:

1. The products and business model of QNET have been presented to me in full detail and all of
my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
2. The person who introduced me to QNET’s products and business model treated me fairly at all
times.
3. I have completed the online form as a Distributor on QNET’s official website and, in doing so, I
did not use any false or fictitious name.
4. I have read, understood and agree with all the Policies and Procedures, I agree to comply with
QNET’s Code of Ethics and I accept and agree with QNET’s Earnings and Income Disclaimer all
found in www.qnetindia.co.
5. I have purchased product of QNET for my personal usage and not for resale. Purchasing this
product does not guarantee that I will earn any commissions/income. QNET pays commissions
based on my hard work, performance and success in marketing activities.
6. In case if I receive any commissions/income from my cooperation with the company and/or its
business, I take full responsibility of paying taxes from such income in accordance to the
current legislation of India and I understand that QNET or its official agent in India are not
responsible if I fail to pay taxes from my income.

7. I acknowledge and understand that a Distributor is not an employee of QNET and that all
expenses related to a Distributor marketing activities are his/her sole responsibility.

provided at www.qnetindia.co and I use the services of QNET at my own will. I have chosen a
