COURSE OUTCOMES
At the end of the course students should be able to
CO1: knowledge and understanding of the physical principles underlying the
behaviour of smart materials.
CO2: understanding of the engineering principles in smart sensors and its structure
CO3: gain the knowledge of electro-rheological (fluids) smart materials behaviours
CO4 : understand the engineering principles in smart sensor, actuator and
transducer technologies
CO5: improvement on the design, analysis, manufacturing and application of shape
memory alloy in smart materials
