Introduction.

“What I love the most about my companies is the impact that they have in culture or in

people.” -​ Alejandra Meza.

To create a company, it is necessary to have discipline and be perseverant. This is

especially true when talking about purpose driven entrepreneurship. When you set out

to start a company not only for profit or business, but with the true intention to do

something good for the world, it becomes even more important to be responsible and

resilient.

So what happens when we find purpose in what we do and what we aspire to? That’s

just the first and easiest step. From then on, it’s all about formulating a plan, finding

resources, and actually setting out to do it. It is, in no way, simple. It isn’t just fun and

games, it requires tremendous amounts of effort and determination, since you are

bound to encounter more than one setback.

We firmly believe that ​the only way to be successful as a purpose-driven entrepreneur,

is to have very firmly set ideals and goals, because the path to becoming one isn’t easy

without genuine motivation and commitment.

Development.

The dreams or aspirations that we have require a commitment. We must commit

ourselves to the objectives we want to achieve, as Alejandra Meza shows us with her

story. She faced her own insecurities and the fear of starting something new. Along the

way she stumbled; no beginning is perfect, but she persisted and eventually overcame

those hardships. Sometimes our dreams are not entirely ours, our dreams become part

of other people's lives. For us, this is how we view and consider the way ​purpose-driven

entrepreneurship works. What she does is help others to understand and enjoy art, to

learn about other cultures and also help them to develop skills that will allow them to

reach both professional and personal goals.

In a way, she begins with observing society's interests and takes them into

consideration so that the company provides great benefit to them later on. It is also

important to keep the main purpose of the company in mind, from beginning to end. We

consider that her main purpose is to help individual people in any way she can, and that

is what is really admirable about her and her enterprises.

What we thought was the most noticeable about Ale Meza, was her enthusiasm. Her

eyes just lit up when talking about her projects, and that kind of drive and dedication is

something special. One can tell the amount of honest and straightforward passion this

young woman has for her companies, and she has demonstrated it through the

sacrifices that she has made for them. These efforts are completely reflected on her

success, which hasn’t been booming but rather slow and consistent. She is the living

proof that hard work pays off.

In our opinion, what makes this inspiring young entrepreneur even more special is the

fact that this amount of drive comes from the goal of helping and teaching people using

her one true love: art. She has managed to translate her personal interests into

something that can create a lot of good for society, and strengthen art culture within it.

Exactly because she has a personal attachment to it, this is the ideal purpose for her

entrepreneurship, and one she’ll never get tired of.

Conclusions.

To summarize, she transmitted the passion she has for her work. She made us think

about following our dreams, which at the same time can help others. Because of this

interview, we now see that although our methods or dreams are off the charts, we have

to remain firm with our goals and demonstrate that we can achieve them by all means

necessary.
Ale Meza is definitely a great example of purpose-driven entrepreneurship, since her

companies are focused on helping people and staying true to her own goals and

interests. It is quite inspiring to see such a young woman overcoming the difficulties that

come along managing your own companies, and doing so greatly. She is the living

example that nothing is unattainable if you put in the necessary amounts of both hard

work and love.
