TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate agreed within the contract period in the event of tax
alterations by Government and Service Charge amendments.

01. Rates Restrictions

 Rates are applicable to your company account. All rates given are at the discretion of the
Hotel and are received at the Hotel’s decision.
 The above rates are NON-COMMISSIONABLE.
 The above rates are inclusive of 21% Service Charge & Government Tax.
02. Reservation Policy
 In order to secure a confirmed space for the above mentioned function, kindly sign and return a
copy of this letter before the Cut-Off-Date.

 The rates mentioned above will only be valid for this function only and will be valid when the signed
copy is returned to us by the stipulated cutoff date.

03. Method of Payment:

 The Down payment 25%
Need to block the venue IDR 5.500.000,-net ( 7 November 2019 )
Full payment should be settled at least before 2 weeks the event day ( 10 November 2019)
 Payment could be made either by Cash or Credit card or Transfer

 Any other extra charges will be settled at the end of the event by
Credit Card or Cash.
 All Bank charges should be borne by the sender
04. Liability
 The client agrees not to put any banners, backdrops, display, not allowed to put Helium/Gas
Balloon, streamers or any electrical connection without prior permission from the hotel.
 The client agrees not to drift nails and screws into permanent parts of the hotel or its properties.
 The client agrees not to smoke in prohibited area and that will be charge
Rp.1.000.000 Net if found smoking (indoor event).
 The client is responsible for the guests and any other companies organized by the client for the
event.
 Any other damages of the hotel’s properties caused will be charged according to
the damage.
05. Cancellation
 25% Cancellation Fee:
Will be charge from the total payment in case of cancellation made within (3) three month
prior to the event.

 50% Cancellation Fee:

Will be charge from the total payment in case cancellation made within 2 (two) month
prior to the event.

 75% Cancellation Fee:

Will be charge from the total payment in case cancellation made within 1 (one) month
prior to the event.
 100% Cancellation Fee:
Will be charge from the total payment in case cancellation made within 2 (two) weeks
prior to the event.

 The charge will be applied on guaranteed room, food & beverage or other inquiry (if any) as
stated on our agreement signed by authorized person.

06. Function Room Reservations

The unexpected often happens and the hotel retain the right to hold the function in a space
comparable to that originally chosen – although, of course, every effort will be made to inform
the organizer beforehand.

07. Security
The hotel will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of
merchandise left in the hotel prior, during or after functions, and suggest that insurance cover
be arranged for valuable items

 08. Food & Beverage
 Should the number of guest attending the function be less than the guaranteed number, we
will charge according to the guaranteed number.
 Should the number of guest attending the function be more than the guaranteed number, we
will charge according to the number attending the event and additional charges should be paid
when function is finished.
 Highly appreciated for your understand that the hotel does not allow Food and/or Beverage
item from outside to be consumed within the premises.

1. In the event of incident happen we will charge you Rp. 100.000 net per person of
guarantee order (for food and/or beverage only). Hotel is absolutely not responsible for
any cause.
2. Corkage regulation, we do appreciate the understanding that the Hotel does not allow
the Food & Beverage from outside that you serve in your event without the prior
agreement. If it happens, you are liable to pay the charge Rp.2.500.000 net for every item
food maximum 200 portion (only allow for 2 items food from outside).
