Hi, I need software which can:

PART 1:

1) Scrap data from Instagram. In dashboard, I will enter specific hashtag or location tag + min
and max followers and it should go through all accounts and scrap email from bio or insta
mobile app + count engagement rate on last 9 photo posts (sum of all likes and comments
on last 9 photo posts divided by number of followers)

PART 2:

2) export data from my affiliate account (log in details will be provided)

3) Send HTML emails with dynamic variables based on criteria met in google sheets
4) Perform specific actions in Affiliate account based on criteria in google sheet sent
5) Create custom discount codes in shopify and add them to affiliate account and google sheet
6) Check trackings on 17track.net and add records to google sheet
7) Display status, errors of software in dashboard

I want this new software to upload to server and it should check all records every hour. I use
Hetzner server.

Which information to add or import from affiliate account to google sheet:

Columns:

A – Add date and time when last action was made to this row by software (for example, affiliate info
added, tracking event updated, email sent)

B – Date a record is added first time

C – Email from Email

D – Instagram as hyperlink for example https://www.instagram.com/Mrsaventura (remove @) from

Instagram

E – Youtube hyperlink from youtube

F – TikTok info from TikTok

G – Website hyperlink from website

H – First name + Last name

I – Address from address

J – City + State

K – Zip code

L – Country converted to ISO 2 code for example United Kingdom as GB

M – Phone number from phone number

N – Leave blank

R – Email again from column C

Other columns will be explained below.

P – custom discount code should be created on shopify, we can create a private app for that.
Discount code should be like this BN-470L

It should contain random mix of 6 letters and numbers ,for example, B5RT72

Once discount code is created, it should be added to affiliate account

I should be able to change discount description software adds by myself.

Then this discount code should be added to specific row to column P in google sheet
Also, software should send email when specific criteria in google sheet is met. We can use something
like mailgun for that. I should be able to add HTML email templates.

Column O – When I add YES to O, it should send email #1 to email address in that row

S – When I add YES to Q, firstly it should find and activate that account in affiliate

Then send email #2

S – tracking number will be added manually by our workers

T – when tracking number is added to S, email #3 should be sent. This email template will have a
dynamic variable – tracking link for example, https://t.17track.net/en#nums=RS066034747LT

Once email is sent, Yes should be added to T

U – software should check tracking numbers on 17track.net twice a day and add last event + date

Based on events in column V, emails #4, #4.1, #5, #6, #7, #8 should be sent

V- email #4 should be sent when parcel reached a destination country. We will check exact text in
tracking event later. Once email is sent, YES should be added to V

W- email #4.1 should be sent when event is unsuccessful delivery. We will check exact text in
tracking event later. Once email is sent, YES should be added to W. This email template will have
dynamic values, like tracking number, tracking link, post company and post companies website
(these two depend on destination country of receiver)

X – email #5 should be send when even is “delivered”. This email template should have button
(custom link), once receiver clicks on it, YES should be added to column Y to specific row. This means
that they confirm that parcel is delivered. Link should be unique to each receiver. Once email is sent,
YES should be added to X as well.

Z – when event states that parcel is delivered but receiver hasn’t clicked the button. #6 email with
the same button (link) should be sent but with different text. This email should be sent after 3 days
from email #5. Once sent, add YES to Z.

AA – if they still haven’t clicked a button, email #7 should be sent after 3 days from email #6. It will
have the same button (link). Once sent, add YES to AA.

AB – if they still haven’t clicked a button, email #8 should be sent after 3 days from email #7. It will
have the same button (link). Once sent, add YES to AB.
I will provide HTML templates for all 9 emails.

Tracking numbers should be checked on 17track for 60 days from date added (column B) unless last
event contains word “delivered” or “returned”.
