UNDER MAJOR HEAD 2076 MINOR HEAD 110 (c) QTY 1719 NOS AND
MINOR HEAD 112F2(ii) QTY 1512 NOS DURING FIN YEAR 2019-20

Dear Sir/ Madam,

1. Online bids are invited from registered vendors and unregistered vendors /
firms for procurement of Hand Held Search Light With Charger & Spare Bty, Qty
3243(1719+1524) Nos out of Army Commander's Special Financial Powers under Major
Head 2076 and Minor Head 110 (c) and Minor Head 112F2(ii) during FY 2019-20
commencing form 26 October 2019 to 26 November 2019 as per details mentioned at
Para 2 below. The tender documents will be uploaded on Defence Procurement Portal
(DPP) of National Information Centre (NIC) Portal (http://defprocure.gov.in ). Tendering
will be carried out by e-tendering mode.

2. Request for proposal (RFP) is uploaded on the Government portal

(http://defprocure.gov.in). The important dates for participation in e-tendering by all
registered/ unregistered vendors are as under:-
