2019-2020
For your Activity candidature to be considered complete, make sure you have completed the following
steps:
● A filed out candidature form, signed and stamped by the President or an authorized
representative of the National Member Organization of the Activity Coordinator.
● A filled Activity Enrolment Form online.

By signing this candidature the candidate fully accepts to abide the IFMSA Constitution and Bylaws.By
signing and stamping this candidature form, National Member Organization signing and stamping this
document shall indemnify and hold harmless IFMSA for all losses, costs, charges, expenses, damage,
liabilities, claims, demands, actions and legal proceedings (including reasonable attorney and expert
fees and expenses) resulting directly or indirectly from or relating to any damages caused by the
National Member Organization’s Activity in the capacity as an IFMSA affiliated activity. This applies for
the entire time period of enrolment and thus affiliation with IFMSA, including the case when the NMO
loses membership or the mentioned activity coordinator losses membership at the National Member
Organization for any reason, in the meanwhile. The laws of the Denmark shall apply to the rights and
obligations set forth in this candidature form. By signing and stamping the candidature form, a National
Member Organization enters into liability for any damages caused by the Activity or the Activity

IFMSA International Secretariat, c/o IMCC, Nørre Allé 14, 2200 København N., Denmark
 Coordinator, from the moment of the form submission until the time the activity remains enrolled and
reported thus affiliated with IFMSA. Candidature support cannot be withdrawn after submission of the
form and further after the activity enrolment.
