 -Experience with staff-

On Monday the 13th of May 2019 was my first day of clinic experience at

Dr. Bratanata Hospital Room Stroke Center Jambi . I had prepared a report about

the disease that is commonly treated there is a ckr (cedera kepala ringan ). Early

morning before entering the room we did the morning ceremony, after that we go

to the room initially I was afraid because the hospital was an army hospital but in

reality is not like that the nurses are willing to teach and Guiding us to a attach

pasien’s catheter, a nasogastric tube , put up an intra vena infusion and more.

Senior nurse gave a lot of teaching and experience in handling the problem of

nursing, if we do not understand or don’t know just asking them. They will ready

to answer the question .the nurse who work in morning shift are more than other

shifts because the head of the room, deputy head of the room, and team leader are

only on the morning shift. And I could learn more because doctors visited in the

morning.
 -Experience supervisi exam in hospital-

On Saturday, May 11th, 2019 I have contracted for a supervision exam at the

hospital Raden Mattaher Jambi that will be supervised by academic Civitas from

the campus. Before exam I have to prepares the operational standards of

procedures test and I get the procedures a of nasal cannul oxygen. After completed

I prepared the tools and materials to used such as Handscoon, flowmeter and more.

After all ready I immediately met CI to start the exam, the first thing to do is said

to patient therapeutic greetings then review the patient's response and wash hands.

15 minutes passed I was done doing the examination and now the time response

from CI, many questions she asked to me fortunately I can answer all these

questions.
 -Experience check patient’s pregnancy-

On April 24, 2019 I was doing a clinical experience in the health room of

mother and child Puskesmas Simp-IV Sipin. In this place is intended for

inspection before birth from the first trimester to the third trimester. many

experience that I get there . I finally know how to measure the height of the fundus

uteri, Calculate the interpretation of Partus, and hear the heart rate of the fetus. At

nine o'clock in the morning patients began to arrive, my patients that day was NY.

P The first thing to do is to measure blood pressure and weight after that point the

patient to bed mattress, set position of patient is lying down and start The

procedures from palpation of the patient's stomach then listen to fetal heart rate

using a tool called Dopler. After finishing write the result and tell the information

to patient.
