Subject: Murder by Cop

Dear Mr. Fornof:

What happened here on July 6, 2009 (Ref: your “Sheriff Trespass” video on You Tube) was
premeditated and orchestrated as a “murder-by-cop” operation, by Pasco County Sheriff Bob White
(formerly with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) in conspiracy with the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.). They had motive, they had opportunity, and they had long-since set
the precedent, for what they did then was a continuation of what they have been doing unlawfully,
lethally, genocidally, against this family since at least as far back as September 11, 1986, contiguously,
continuously. You are right, what they did then forever sealed the raw truth of what you prophesied in
your January 7, 2009 letter to the President of the United States:

In keeping with the aforesaid, you and your agents, aiders and abettors have well indicated that you are
not just failing to get lawful, but have no intention of doing so ever: in failing to get lawful, you
continue to come against me unlawfully and perpetuate your unlawful, criminal, genocidal onslaught
against my grandparents and theirs, against me, against We the People, against any and all lawful
entities!

One day shy of six months later, those two men were sent out to our home to murder us – to murder
your brother Nathan, you and me -- pure and simple. As you know, months later we were informed that
the F.B.I. was “frothing at the mouth” over your video, information that came to us from someone whom
the F.B.I. had threatened and terrorized. The F.B.I. was “frothing at the mouth” over your video
because their murder-by-cop operation had failed. Who were those men? We still don’t know.

We have caught the aforesaid in the act, red-handed, on video, for the entire world to see, and typically,
they are attempting to twist the truth and turn around some of your strongest evidence against them,
and use it against you. The facts-in-evidence on this matter are as clear and convincing as any such
ever need to be. The truth prevails: our opposition’s lies are already falling apart of their own absurdity.

I started to write this “Murder by Cop” letter nearly a month ago, on or about October 24, 2010, then
changed the focus and called it “We May Bear Arms Against You!” then tabled it. After speaking with
you last night, I slept some more, only to be awakened by Nathan around midnight, letting me know
that your 85-year-old grandfather (Nemo) had slipped and fallen and could not get up. I jumped up,
and Nathan and I worked with Nemo until Nathan (mostly) was eventually able to help him get up and

get into his wheelchair. Then I tended to Nemo, got his bed changed and him back into it and made as
comfortable as possible, as he is sore. It was a hard fall. I’ll call his doctor in a few hours and see what
he wants to do. After a while I went back to bed myself, but then the Holy Spirit gave me a strong
unction to get back up and finish this letter now, post it, and send it. (The “We May Bear Arms Against
You!” letter is still in progress). It is 3:16 AM EST as I prepare to finish this. My printer is not working,
and it looks like I will have to buy a new one, so this will be posted quite some time before I am able to
print it and send it to you.

We are resting in Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our faith (Heb. 12:2). The Lord has given a
far-reaching scriptural promise:
Acts.2.38-Acts.2.39 King James Version (KJV)

38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus
Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as
the LORD our God shall call.

We have also been given a number of prophetic promises, including that the Lord is going to turn
federal witness. That will be something to behold.
